Refund policy

📦 Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original packaging

  • The request must be made within 14 days of receiving your item

  • Proof of purchase is required (order number and confirmation email)

Note: Due to hygiene and health standards, certain beauty products (e.g., lashes, edge control, cosmetics) may be non-returnable unless defective.


💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll receive an email notification. If approved:

  • A refund will be processed to your original payment method

  • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • If your item is not eligible, we may offer store credit


🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.


🚫 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at:

🌍 International Returns

International returns (outside the U.S.) may require additional time and steps. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective.

  • Unauthorized returns or packages returned due to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds.

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy standards.
